Payment information
What are the payment methods?

In Colombia, shipments will be free if they exceed a purchase value of $250,000 COP.
5. Exchange and return policy
For hygiene reasons, no changes or returns are made on intimate garments such as Lingerie, Panties, Bralette, Bodysuits, panties, tops and garter belts except when factory defects have been identified and with prior study by the company, for which Contact Celestial Intima to analyze the case before sending the garment as guarantee.
The maximum period for guarantees is 30 days from the invoice as long as the garment is in perfect condition, it must not have been worn or washed, contain the original labels, accessories and packaging, and finally it must not have been modified or altered in any way. its original state.
Conditions for making a Change
- The maximum period for changes is in garments with the exception of those mentioned above ( Lingerie, Panties, Bralette, Bodysuits, panties, tops and garter belts) are 30 days from the invoice as long as the garment is in perfect condition and meets the required requirements.
- To make a change, write to us at informacion.news@celestialintima.com with the order number and the reason why you wish to make the change (taking into account the terms and conditions). - Items for exchanges will be sent once they have been received and reviewed. Returned products must be unused, have no stains or have been washed, contain all labels, protective plastic still attached, that is, in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.
- The product cannot be modified from its original state and must be clean and in good presentation condition.

Warranty Policies:

Washing recommendations:

- We recommend special care with cups and lace. Do not fold, iron or twist them. Spread them out to facilitate drying.
- Never use a dryer or washing machine, nor wash with hot water. Do not use brush
Refund Policy:
In accordance with Colombian law "the right of withdrawal", the return of all the money paid for the product purchased through www.celestialintima.com is only applicable for sales through financing systems or through our website. It is not applicable to goods for personal use, such as clothing, underwear and swimwear. For different goods, the right of withdrawal must be exercised within five (5) business days following delivery of the product. The following are the conditions for a client to exercise their right of withdrawal:
- The refund of your money will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the moment the product is delivered and this right is exercised.

- The item must be sent by the customer in the same conditions in which it was received, that is, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, labels and without any sign of use, the expenses incurred in transportation logistics to the facilities of CELESTIAL ÍNTIMA and any other costs involved in returning the goods will be assumed by the buyer. After submitting the claim, the team in charge will tell you where to send the package. The product must undergo a quality inspection to verify compliance with the terms described in this policy.
