Note:
• We recommend taking your measurements standing up, in your underwear
• Always measure yourself at the widest part of your body.

1. Bust Contour Measurement:

Place your arms at your sides and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure it goes under your arms. This way, you will be able to obtain an accurate measurement of your bust contour.

2. Waist Measurement:

Place the tape measure around your waist, in the natural line between your ribs and hips. To find this line, lean your body to one side and look for the crease that forms in your torso. This will be the reference point to take your waist measurement.

3. Hip Measurement:

Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips, just below your waist and about 20 centimeters below your belly button. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight or too loose. This way, you can get an accurate measurement of your hip.
