Delivery times start counting after confirming your payment. For national shipments it will be 1-3 days in Medellin, 3-5 days in main cities, 8 days in others. If you make your purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be sent the next business day.
For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns of intimate garments such as Lingerie, Panties, Bralette, Bodysuits, panties, tops and garter belts are made except when factory defects have been identified and with prior study by the company, for which Contact Celestial Intima to analyze the case before sending the garment as guarantee.
The maximum period for guarantees is 30 days from the invoice as long as the garment is in perfect condition and meets the required requirements (label and invoice).
To make a change, write to us at informacion.news@celestialintima.com with the order number and the reason why you wish to make the change (taking into account the terms and conditions)
