WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery times start counting after confirming your payment. For national shipments it will be 1-3 days in Medellin, 3-5 days in main cities, 8 days in others. If you make your purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be sent the next business day.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?
The maximum period for changes is 30 days from the invoice as long as the garment is in perfect condition and meets the required requirements (label and invoice).
To make a change, write to us at informacion.news@celestialintima.com with the order number and the reason why you wish to make the change (taking into account the terms and conditions)
